Q. I am having trouble creating an account.

Q. How do I get my student's access ID and password.
A. Contact the building your student attends.
Q. When I try to create an account I recieve a message that states my email address has already been used.
A. You may have been one of the few who created an account last year during the short period of time that this system was on. You can recover your passord and/or username by
clicking here to start the account recovery process.
Q. I have created a new account but I have forgotten my username or password.
A. The system will email you using the email address you provided when setting up the account. You will have approximately 30 minutes to reset your username or password once you have recieved the email.

Q. How do I add a student to me account?
A. Log in to the Parent Portal. Click "account preferences" in the upper right corner. Select the "students" tab, click the add icon. Enter the student's name, access id, access password and relationship. Click submit.
Q. I don't understand Parent Portal, where can I get instructions to help me?
A. The building where your student attends will have a tri-fold brochure that will help you understand Parent Portal or you may click here to download the brochure.
